Nixon Vanderhye Shareholder Sherri DeLuca counsels clients in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance, licensing, domain name disputes, and enforcement. In addition, her practice also includes copyright counseling and prosecution; patent, trademark, unfair competition, copyright, and trade secret litigation; and intellectual property licensing matters. She represents a wide range of clients – from individuals to large corporations – that span a broad cross-section of industries.

Sherri began her legal career at Nixon Vanderhye in 1996. She previously worked in private industry as a contracts administrator and business analyst.
