Jonathon Reavill has helped clients earn victories that have significantly impacted their industries.
Jonathon Reavill is a Nixon Vanderhye Shareholder and the firm’s General Counsel. He has spent the past two decades building a practice that includes litigation of patent, trademark/trade dress, and unfair competition matters, as well as trademark prosecution and counseling.
Drawing from his experience with patent reexaminations, inter partes reviews at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and intellectual property-based antitrust matters, Jonathon has litigated cases at the federal district court and appellate levels, the USPTO, and the International Trade Commission.
Jonathon works with clients of all sizes. His cases span a variety of technical fields, including mechanical, electronics, telecommunications, and computer technologies. He takes particular pride in his ability to shape a tangle of complex facts and legal issues into a path to resolution.
While still a college undergraduate, Jonathon joined the Nixon Vanderhye team as an office clerk shortly after the firm was established. Today, in addition to his role as a Shareholder, he serves as General Counsel, overseeing the firm’s compliance with its ethical and professional obligations.
