Eric Jensen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. Before entering law school, he worked as a computer engineer for the IBM Corporation for five years.
Eric is principally engaged in patent prosecution, specializing in prosecution management and advising both applicants and foreign associates in the intricacies of U.S. patent law and practice.
In his twenty-plus years of practice, Eric has worked with applicants and foreign associates all over the world. This has promoted an understanding that U.S. patent protection is often just one part of an overall global strategy, which in turn promotes a team approach to advancing the best interests of multinational clients.
